- Your password
- MUST be at least 12 digits - this is enforced by OVForm.
- SHOULD contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- SHOULD NOT contain words in any language, slang, dialect, jargon, nor contain any personal information, such as your name, address, or date of birth, and should not be easily guessable.
- SHOULD be unique to this site, you should not reuse passwords across different accounts
- SHOULD NOT be shared with anyone, including co-workers and managers. OVForm supports multiple users on a team each with their own account and password.
- SHOULD be augmented by MFA.
- SHOULD NOT be written down anywhere - you can use a password manager like LastPass if you wish though.
