The client is going to a few different countries. Should the AHC be in all those languages?

The first country of entry to the EU determines what language AHC is required.
OVForm will automatically determine the language for you in most cases.
For the few countries that support multiple languages OVForm will select the most common, however you should check with the port of entry as to what language they would like.
You can change the language on the Travel Details Step.
